Café Mango is our kitchen, and that line is its whole philosophy. We celebrate authentic Konkani home cooking and keep no pre-cooked buffet; every meal is prepared from scratch with freshly ground coconut, homemade masalas and daily market produce, on your request.
Please place meal orders at least two hours in advance so our cooks can procure fresh local produce and slow-cook every dish properly.

Steamed ukdiche modak with fresh coconut and organic jaggery, plus seasonal pure Alphonso hapus aamras.
Made with coconut milk pressed on site and tangy Konkan wild kokum, infused with garlic and green chillies.
Steamed rice-flour dumplings stuffed with grated fresh coconut, organic jaggery and cardamom, drizzled with pure ghee.
Pure pulp from handpicked GI-tagged Ratnagiri hapus mangoes. Served chilled, with hot puris.
Fresh sea catch marinated in spicy red masala, coated in fine semolina, shallow fried crisp and served with solkadhi.
Sprouted field beans simmered in a traditional coconut-and-onion gravy, paired with piping hot handmade rice flatbreads.
Soft, lacy rice crepes served with sweet coconut milk or a spicy coconut-and-coriander chutney.
Tender raw jackfruit stir-fried with mustard seeds, curry leaves, fresh grated coconut and Konkani spices.
